Excellent Location if you don't mind being a bit away from the center. At the time of my visit, Subteo was on a complete strike and the city center was overwhelmed with people. Taxis are not too expensive and Recoleta is a quite neighborhood where it's perfectly safe to go out on foot event at night. The hotel staff is very young and though I'm a reasonable spanish speaker I noticed they're very good with both Portuguese and English.
A broken mirror in my Room and the MiniBar fridge was a bit too noisy. Water gets out of the bathtub when showering if you're tall.
good location for stay, if you don`t mind being a bit away from the center, frendly staff and well decorated..
the shower got bathroom floor wet..price dosent include taxes so bill % 20 more than you see on Booked.net, so price more than the hotel deserve.
- Staff very friendly - very good location - the bed is really big and the room is clean and comfortable - Buenos Aires is a beatiful city and Recoleta is an excelent neighborhood to stay, very cozy.
- The Tango night that the staff of the hotel indicated for us was horrible. We asked for a cheaper one (and even that was usd 90 per person) but we didn't know it would be in the far from the the stage (we could not see the dance) and in a big table with 3 unknown couples.
Good location, good size rooms, value for money.
Excellent staff--or at least, Ana is very professional and pleasant.
The bathrooms really should have the following things. 1--A soap dish! I had to put the bar of soap in a drinking glass. 2--Face cloths! Americans use them, anyway. 3--A box of kleenex/facial tissue. I didn't like having to go for toilet paper all the time. Also, a 2nd wastebasket near the desk would have been nice.
Staff was nice. Especially Yanina who helped a lot. breakfast was nice.
room emmenties were not eniugh for a 4 star hotel. all in all - a nice hotel.
The size of the room, curtains, decoration and the large size of the bed
Amenities and and the wifi system, that always came down, almost inpossible to rest connected inside the apartment. They should provide also a luggage stool , although they have a wardrobe
The room was spacious and clean. Minimalist, modern design with hardwood floors and a neutral palette. Breakfast was solid, not outstanding. Location was perfect.
The showers tend to get the bathroom floor wet. The elevators are slow.
Great location, friendly staff Lovely decor
Slow at reception, they could do with more receptionists specially during check-in and check-out. As electric plugs in Argentina are unique, the hotel should have "at least" one adaptor per room.
Location is nice. Recoleta is not low-down such other places more close to central areas such San Telmo or 9 de Julyo avenue. The hotel rooms are large and considerable modern for Argentina patterns
Elevators are the Achilles wheels. It took too much time to arrive, but after all you can go to the opposite direction. Other huge issue is about the taxi services requested through the hotel. The driver was a robber. We agree about the price of 170 pesos from the hotel to the Ezeiza airport before the travel started. At the airport door, He started to make calculations trying to add the tools fees (Plus 75 pesos). The hotel is guilty about it, since I've requested then to call me this taxi. If you work aside robbers, don't expected your reputation to be take for granted. I did not pay anything more than 170 pesos, but I've got tuff times with the driver/robber not allowing me to take my luggage from the drank and trying to push me out. Only after been violently threated by someone younger and stronger that speak more or less Spanish, the Robber gave up. I can figure out that kind of things He plays with old people, ladies and similar. A shame and the hotel should take care better of the guests.
It is a fairly new hotel, comfortable rooms and very suitable for a business trip
The Staff was very friendly and helpfull and tried as much as was in their power to resolve my internet problems. Fortunately their was a common computer for use. The view from my room was on the La Recoleta Cemetry. The breakfast buffet was varied and nice.
Location is excelent. The hotel is brand new, bathroom is clean and beds confortable.
No bottled water avaible at the room.
Clean facility, great location and neighborhood with a grocery store, pharmacy, multiple restaurants and multiple stores all within 1 block; helpful staff, and delicious breakfast that was more than just a "continental breakfast".
The best thing at the hotel: localization; breakfast (the best I've ever known at Buenos Aires); big room
The clercks are not friendly, they made me go out to a supermarket to buy an energy adapter and almost said the hosts had taken all the ones the hotel had - and they said that in a nasty humour! They are in a few number and we take a lot of time to talk to one of them. Despite of that, I'd recommend the hotel, because it has many other qualities.
